As CEO and owner of BD Succeed, Anjali sets the strategic vision and holds ultimate authority across all company operations. She leads the firm's growth across federal and commercial markets with a results-driven focus, directing executive strategy, financial stewardship, and client engagement.
Anjali aligns business development, pricing, and contract execution with long-term organizational goals—identifying opportunity, allocating resources, and driving accountability across teams. She combines sharp financial acumen with executive discipline, navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering outcomes under demanding deadlines as both a decisive solo leader and the driver of cross-functional initiatives.
Ryan C. Toni, MBA
Ryan is a GovCon growth strategist and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience helping organizations win complex federal and commercial contracts.
He founded BD Succeed to bring senior, practitioner-led business development and capture discipline to companies pursuing growth across GovCon, AEC, and professional services markets. He later launched PursuitTeam.ai to scale that approach through AI-enabled opportunity intelligence.
Ryan helps firms turn reactive BD into disciplined, intelligence-driven growth operations — identifying the critical signals that reveal which opportunities to pursue, how to position, and how to win.
He has supported pursuits ranging from targeted task orders to multi-year contracts valued at $200M+ across defense, homeland security, health, financial, and broader civilian markets.
Ryan holds an MBA in Business Management focused on National Security Policy Studies from George Mason University and is known across the DC GovCon ecosystem for building partnerships, connecting people, and shaping winning strategies.
