Privacy Policy

Who we are

BD Succeed LLC operates bdsucceed.com and www.bdsucceed.com. This policy explains how we collect and use information through these websites and related inquiries.

PursuitTeam.ai, Inc. is a separate company. Its PursuitTeam.ai and BD Signal websites have a separate privacy policy.

Information you provide

Our service inquiry forms collect your company, role, work email, desired timeline and the page where you submitted the inquiry.

We use this information to respond, discuss your needs and follow up on your request. Submissions are stored in our website database, accessible through a restricted administrative dashboard, and sent to an internal Slack channel. We send a confirmation email and keep delivery records, including recipient address, sending status and any errors.

Our Contact page works differently. It prepares an email containing your name, email, company, service interest and message, then opens your email application. It does not save a submission on the website. We receive the inquiry only if you send the email.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential client information in website inquiries.

Information collected automatically

Website visit records. After you accept Analytics, our website records pages visited, referral information, browser and device information, visit time and a randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser tab’s session storage.

Visit records include a one-way hash of your IP address. The raw IP address is not saved in these records. The hash is consistent for the same IP address, so it can link records and should not be treated as fully anonymous.

Recorded page addresses and referral links may include campaign tags or other information contained in their query parameters.

Google Analytics. After Analytics acceptance, Google Analytics uses cookies and records website activity, such as page views, scrolling and engagement, to help us understand website use. Advertising features are disabled.

HubSpot. We use HubSpot’s consent banner and tracking code. After Analytics acceptance, HubSpot can use cookies to record activity and associate visits over time. Where HubSpot can identify a visitor, activity may be associated with a CRM contact.

HubSpot currently also sends cookieless page-view information before acceptance or after rejection. Its banner sends requests to display and save consent choices. Removing tracking cookies does not necessarily stop all HubSpot requests.

Hosting information. Website infrastructure providers receive technical information needed to deliver and operate the site. Their server logs are separate from our custom visit records.

Cookies and your choices

The HubSpot banner lets you accept or decline optional cookie categories. Necessary cookies support functions such as remembering your choice.

Google Analytics and our custom visit tracking remain disabled before Analytics acceptance and after rejection. You can change your choices using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Withdrawing Analytics consent stops subsequent Google Analytics activity and custom visit recording. Google Analytics cookies and the custom session identifier are removed. HubSpot’s cookieless measurement and consent-management requests are described above.

Declining Analytics does not prevent you from submitting an inquiry. Submitting a form or accepting Analytics cookies does not, by itself, subscribe you to marketing emails.

Email preferences

We use email to respond to inquiries and manage business conversations. Website confirmation emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. We retain unsubscribe records and a do-not-email list to honor those preferences.

Scheduling

Our scheduling buttons are links to Calendly, an external service. Calendly collects booking information under its own terms and privacy policy. Our team receives the information needed to arrange and manage the meeting.

Website inquiry forms currently store submissions in the website database; they do not directly create HubSpot contacts.

These services process information to provide their functions. Their own policies describe additional handling and service-level retention.

Administrative access

The website has a restricted administrative sign-in area. Account and session information supports access to lead records and analytics. Website lead and visit records are available only through authorized administrative access.

Retention

Our website database currently has no automatic deletion schedule for lead submissions, visit records, email delivery logs, unsubscribe records, the do-not-email list or administrative account records. These records remain indefinitely unless deleted.

The sending queue holds messages temporarily while they are processed. Records of sent messages are retained separately.

Email inboxes, Slack, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Calendly have separate settings and retention practices. Their retention periods have not been confirmed and should not be assumed to match the website database.

Privacy requests

Email info@bdsucceed.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop follow-up communications.

We may need to verify your identity. Requests may be subject to applicable legal exceptions and recordkeeping requirements. Information received by multiple services may require separate action in each system.

Additional rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

External websites

Our website links to external websites and services. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them or provide information through them.

Updates

We may update this policy as our website or data practices change. We will post revisions here and update the effective date.
